Products purchased on Novecento Store are sold directly by Novecento S.R.L, an Italian company with registered office in Via Salvator Noto 39/45 Torre del Greco (NA). VAT number: IT02775881218.
The offer and sale of products on the website www.novecentostore.com are regulated by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically; those published on Novecento Store and accepted at the time of checkout will be effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before making a purchase.
Purchase Method
For each product selected, a descriptive sheet is presented, with an image and essential characteristics, an exemplary title: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Novecento Store may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Novecento Store is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.
Product Availability
The products offered for sale and their respective prices are those indicated on www.novecentostore.com
If, at the time of order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Novecento Store may change the products offered for sale on www.novecentostore.com and their respective prices at any time and without prior notice.
Product Price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
ORDERING
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general terms and conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.

Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The purchase of products offered for sale on www.novecentostore.com can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on www.novecentostore.com is prohibited.
Novecento Store reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
Novecento Store will inform the customer by e-mail of any inability to accept received orders.
Order Confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.

All purchases are delivered via the courier GLS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping costs €10.00
