Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.
The return must arrive no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, intact and unused.

 

Return Procedure

Ship to the following address, at the customer's risk and expense:

Refund

The refund will be issued within 15 business days of receipt of the return at our premises, after inspection of the product.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase:

-Credit card

-PayPal

-Bank transfer (if necessary)
