Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.
The return must be received no later than 15 days from the product's receipt date, intact and unused.

Return Methods

You can choose between:

  • Pickup by us at a cost of €7

  • Self-shipping, at the customer's expense, to the following address:

Exchanges (Size or Color)

Size or color exchange is an additional service and incurs a surcharge of €7.
The surcharge can be paid via a payment link sent by customer service or directly to the courier.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 15 business days of receiving the return at our premises, after product verification.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase:

  • credit card

  • PayPal

  • bank transfer (if necessary)

Any return costs or surcharges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
