Shipping

NovecentoStore ships to Italy and Europe via express courier service. All goods shipped by Novecento S.R.L. are carefully packaged. The invoice, detailing prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales, will be included in the package along with the shipped goods.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All duly completed and paid orders will be processed within 1 working day. All shipments depart from our logistics hub only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 12:50. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled on the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

Novecento Store offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times. The Customer will receive an email confirmation of the successful shipment of the goods with a code (tracking number) that will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are subject to the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within two days of shipment. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected up to 5-7 days from shipment.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to Novecento s.r.l. by sending an email to our ASSISTANCE SERVICE: novecento.space@gmail.com

If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Novecento S.R.L. at the Customer's expense. In this case, Novecento S.R.L. will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
