Shipping to Italy, the European Union and Switzerland

Italy: free standard shipping.
Other European Union countries and Switzerland: €20 per order. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Availability for your specific address is checked at checkout. Outside the EU, we currently ship only to Switzerland.

Order processing and delivery

Complete, paid orders are normally prepared within one business day. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed from the next business day.

We use BRT and its international delivery partners. Delivery in Italy normally takes around two business days after dispatch. EU and Swiss delivery times depend on the country and destination; the carrier’s tracking service provides available updates. Public holidays and busy periods may cause delays.

Please check your address, house number, postal code and contact details. We do not deliver to PO boxes. If a parcel appears damaged, inform the carrier and contact us promptly, with photographs where possible. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Switzerland: the €20 shipping fee covers transport and is converted into CHF at checkout. Any import taxes and customs clearance fees requested by the carrier are not included and are payable by the recipient. Cash on delivery is unavailable.
