Purchasing on www.novecentostore.com is a simple and secure operation. The customer will view the collections, choose the product, and order its shipment. The online store offers clothing and accessories from the following international fashion brands: Marella - Liu Jo - Pinko - Michael Kors - Weekend Max Mara - Alessia Santi - Simona Corsellini - Blauer - Peuterey - Gianni Chiarini and many other Brands. Thanks to Novecento Store's exclusive service and unmistakable style, shopping will become a unique experience. To browse the offerings, simply select a CATEGORY and discover the product selection. Each product is accompanied by a description sheet containing information on the model, price, composition, sizes, and colors.
With ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag, allowing you to continue browsing other pages of the site while awaiting order confirmation. At any time, you can add new purchases or, using the REMOVE ITEM function, exclude those already selected. By clicking on the VIEW CART link, the prices of the individual purchased items and the total amount of the order, still partial and unconfirmed, are displayed. Thanks to the WISHLIST functionality, you can create a list of your favorite items while shopping, which will be stored in a reserved space, allowing you to review them whenever you wish. Once you have made your choice, simply add the selected items directly to your cart.
With SUBMIT ORDER, online shopping comes to an end. If you are already a Novecento Store customer, simply enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. 5. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not, however, regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than Novecento Store that are present on Novecento Store via links, banners, or other hyperlinks.
6. Novecento Store reserves the right to cancel and/or delete any order for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Of course, cancellation will be followed by a refund of the entire amount spent; the refund will be made using the same method as the order payment.

All trademarks mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners who hold the rights and ownership. The mere mention of such trademarks within the site does not suggest or imply that their respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself.
Novecento Store does not sell used, irregular, or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Novecento Store within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on Novecento Store may not correspond exactly to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final selling price before submitting the relevant order form. The change in selling price, whether increasing or decreasing, is at our sole discretion and may occur even a few seconds after you close the order.
Novecento Store, in case of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that are missing their tags, products whose essential and qualitative characteristics have been altered, or products that have been damaged.
As this catalog is comparable by Law to mail order sales, Novecento Store reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in case of an error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will, of course, be reimbursed for all expenses incurred.
SHIPMENTS
The shipping cost is €10.00.
Novecento Store ships throughout Italy via the GLS express courier service. All goods shipped by Novecento Store are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, Novecento Store will include the invoice in the package (or send it via email if requested), detailing the prices of the purchased items.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All duly completed and paid orders will be processed within 1 working day, and all shipments depart from our operational headquarters at Via Salvator Noto 39-45, Torre del Greco (NA) 80059 only on working days, i.e., from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:50 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled the following Monday.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Novecento Store offers its customers a trackable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by GLS. The Customer will receive an email confirmation of the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by GLS, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, you can always check the delivery status in real-time in the "My account" section of the website. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are subject to the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipment is tentatively scheduled within 2 days from the order depending on the availability of our suppliers. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is tentatively scheduled within three/five working days from shipment. Extra EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is tentatively scheduled within 5-7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is tentatively scheduled up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods are delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery document with a reservation or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local GLS office by sending an email to our customer service at novecento.space@gmail.com. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods due to problems created by the GLS shipping company, they can contact us promptly via email or WhatsApp to report the issues encountered. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Novecento S.R.L. at the Customer's expense. In this case, Novecento S.R.L. will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
